I called several English Cream Golden Retriever Breeders before making the decision to get a pup from Legacy English Goldens. I chose them for many reasons. 1. The quality of the ECGR dogs they use to breed—just read about them on their website. You can read about their health history and see their pictures. They are beautiful. 2. When I first spoke to Janna on the phone, she genuinely wanted to know about me and my family and what we were looking for in a pup. She gave so much time and attention, and we needed that as this was a big investment and decision for us. 3. Our son is 4 and I was worried about how a puppy would adjust to being around a young child. I found out that Janna’s children take part in helping with the puppies as they grow so they are fully socialized and used to being around children. Truly, it was a perfect match for our family and we couldn’t be happier. Our pup, Chase, is 16 weeks old now. He was crate trained in no time, responds well to commands and he’s doing great in his puppy and obedience classes. We will definitely purchase another pup from Legacy in the future!
